Rate does not include mini blinds, vertical blinds, drapery or carpet cleaning.

FULL CLEAN includes the following:

KITCHEN: clean under and behind all appliances, clean and polish oven, knobs and buttons, line oven and drip pans with foil, clean range hood and filter, clean refrigerator, grill, drip pans and coils, run and deodorize garbage disposal and clean cover, clean vacuum and polish all cabinets as needed, give special attention under sinks, clean bread board and counters, wash all walls, clean sink and touch up chips, polish all metal and porcelain surfaces, mop floors, wax floors if requested.

BATHROOM (S): clean tiles, grout, clean toilet, clean shower, tub and shower doors, clean medicine cabinet and polish mirrors, clean sink and touch up chips, remove mildew, polish all metal and porcelain surfaces, mop floors, wax if requested.

GENERAL: clean entrance door and threshold, clean all windows and tracks (inside) as needed, clean all closets and storage rooms, vacuum carpets, mop all floors, wax if requested, sweep patio /deck, vacuum cobwebs, clean drapery rods, wash all light fixtures and switch covers, remove debris left by previous resident, clean all heaters.

SPIFF/ SANITIZATION: reflects a unit that was left in good condition but needs to have all the counters, faucets, sinks, toilet, tub floors, refrigerator and oven wiped down and sanitized, oiling all stainless steel sinks so they shine and remove any cobwebs from the front door area.

Any charges not covered must be pre-approved by both parties.
